I absolutely DO NOT recommend Smiles of Round Rock!!!! When I scheduled my sons first visit to establish a new patient I get there on day and time they booked me for, and I’m told he didn’t have an appointment. Then, I re-book and he goes to his first appointment and I find out they do not have dental hygienist to clean teeth there! The dentist will “scrape” the teeth if needed once she does her exam! So, today I call to verify my sons appointment for tomorrow and I am told he does not have an appointment!!!! Once again, Joe... read more
