Lovely experience nice and clean office and staff was freindly and warm
Your office is awesome! The staff are friendly and the office is very clean. It has great ambiance and when I walk in, I automatically feel relaxed here. The Doctor is the best! Very funny and friendly and puts your mind at ease if you have any concerns. He doesn't rush you is happy to answer even the most basic questions!

Had the wait time not been so long, my experience would have been so different. Some of the staff tried to make up for it, but in the end, my wait time was still too long and my appointment short (rushed).
I'm so happy to have found Dr. Noor and the entire staff at Smile Cafe! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel truly comfortable. I have been known to ask a lot of questions, and they are patient and informative with all of my questions and concerns and they have been completely supportive throughout my invisalign treatment.
Dr Noor made me feel extremely comfortable about everything and even tried to relate to my dental issues telling me I shouldn't feel ashamed or embarrassed at all. The whole staff was extremely nice and asked me if I needed anything to drink or to make me feel more comfortable. I also loved how while I was in pain and waiting for the numbing gel to kick-in Dr Noor played some funny YouTube videos to help cheer me up and take my mind off the pain. Amazing.
I arrived with a bit of pain and swelling, and left without dental care for the original pain, and somewhat increased by the x-rays and other issues. :-(
It is unusual to find dental care of this quality. The waiting room is spacious, modern and clean. Dr. Noor is gentle, patient and takes the time to talk with you about your dental health. The hygienist who did my cleaning (Melanie) is thorough, she listened to my concerns and she explained everything very well. Even my Spanish-speaking mother-in-law, who usually hates going to the dentist, walked out of the office after her appointment with a smile.
