This is truly a professional establishment with some of the best dentist in the city of New York. I wish that more practices were like this group of young talented dental practitioners. I had a great experience.
Only had a consultation & x-rays so far. The first dentist told me I didn't have any cavities. Lucky for me, an orthodontist also looked - he found two! Very clean, newly renovated office.
I only went for an Invisalign consult but they gave me so much info about my teeth that can prevent them from getting worse over the years. They broke everything down to me to make sure I understood the entire process.Everyone was so nice & made sure I was comfortable. Great place
The dentist (Dr. Noor) was very nice and patient and took the time to get to know me and make sure I understood all of my teeth issues. The only person I didn't like was the financial manager, which, unfortunately, is enough for me to seek treatment elsewhere.
From the moment I walked in the door, everyone in the Smile Cafe office was friendly and helpful. when I got in the chair, everything that was being done was explained to me in detail and so that clearly understood what has happening and why. Dr. Noor is really nice and open to questions. You never feel rushed or nervous. Love the folks at smile cafe.
It was my very first dental appointment. The staff and doctor were kind and caring. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I was treated with respect. They answered all my questions and provided me with a lot of information and excellent financial options. My fear of the dentist went right out the window.
this is a beautiful clean office, with a friendly staff and great dentists.
