The cleaning itself was very quick. I felt like they were promoting other services while and during the cleaning, which I guess they have to do because it looks like they are heavily sponsored by these products/ services like Invisalign etc. The cleaning itself was just ok. The one I had prior at a different Dental office was better IMO was much better and there was noticable change on my teeth - they looked whiter. Dr. Noor and staff are amazing. He is very knowledgeable, genuine and I can tell he cares about his patients as he makes sure to answer my many questions/concerns. I very much appreciate the great customer service they all have in this office. Very clean office and warm/welcoming.
I really had a good first and second time experience at the smile office. The staff was very polite and friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all. The Dr. as well as the techs were all helpful in explaining to me what my treatment would consist of and how long it should take.
So glad I chose to come here for my dental cleaning. I was surprised to actually find it a fun experience! The office was beautiful, and the staff, hygienist, and doctor were all sincerely friendly and helpful!
The staff is very welcoming and treat you like family.
Overall great experience! Very elegant decor, that's right up my alley 😊 Staff makes you feel like family.
