Was seen in a timely fashion; Melanie explained procedure in detail and made me feel comfortable.
My first impression was that i finally found a dentist that wanted to help me .. that was not the case two men take me into thier office full my head full of hope .. only to not help me .. i have insurance .. and the idea was for them to submit a claim . So that i could "see " if i could get help ..they never did .. and then trying to get back to them became annoying ..nobody answering my calls . Very unprofessional ..never again
I had an incredible time at Smile Cafe. Luis was amazing, so kind, happy, and was great at making me feel comfortable and less nervous about the visit. Dr Jacob was extremely professional, warm, fast, and to the point, and I am definitely going back to her soon to get all my fillings taken care of. So happy with my visit, and eager for the next one!
