Great people, very professional and helpful
The experience at smile cafe was absolutely rewarding. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. This was my first time in the studio, I will be back and I absolutely recommend it. This is truly the number one dentist studio in New York!
Everyone in the office is very kind and attentive! I did not wait long at all and felt well taken care of during my appointment. All my questions were answered clearly and I left feeling very clean and happy!

Smile cafe while seeming unconventional at first arrival, is very professional and thorough with their services all while providing so much kindness. You leave with a greater understanding of your situation.
I have liked my service at Smile Cafe. I appreciated that I was given a couple options, one cheaper and one more expensive to correct some of my dental issues. They explained in a lot of detail what they thought was going on and I left feeling very informed to make a decision. I am still waiting to hear back about an email I sent several days ago. I hope I will get an answer soon.
The staff was very friendly and professional. After I checked in, I didn't have to wait to be seated in the dental chair. I saw a hygenist right away, however, between being seen by the hygienist and getting reviewed by the dentist, I waited at least 30 minutes in the chair. Also, one guy (I assume he was a hygeinist because he was in scrubs?) asked to take photos of my mouth. I had to put a brace in my mouth to expose my teeth. 5 stars for the people - everyone is extremely kind, professional, and will immediately put you at ease. Cleanings are thorough, I got my first cavity filled here during my cleaning appointment. Overall a great experience! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because they keep dodging how much a replacement retainer would cost. I got a call saying "a significant portion" would be covered by insurance. When I asked how much I kept getting pushed to make an appointment to get my fitting.
