I had a great experience at Smile Cafe. All of the employees are very friendly and professional.
Front desk - very positive, professional experience with helpful and patient employee (Nancy?) Hygenists/assistants - incredibly friendly and helpful; explained every step of the process and were pleasant to be around Doctor - very relaxed, down-to-earth and easy to talk to about dental matters; I trusted the advice he gave me because he explained everything in a way that showed his expertise but also allowed me to understand as a patient Office/business manager? - I was given a few options for a retainer, but the person in ... read more
