The smile station always gives our family the individual attention our children need through out their visit while being fast and effective at the same time!
Dr. Brian is professional and personal. I love that he talks in a way that my 10 year old understands and does not feel afraid.
Every visit is a great visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming from beginning to end. I recommend The Smile Station to everyone I know. The kids are comfortable there and their teeth are top priority everytime we have an appointment.
This is the kind of place to take your little ones if you'd like to set them up to LOVE dentist visits. My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Carstens!
Our child went in to get a cavity filled and came out smiling. We have always had positive experiences with Dr. Matt and our child actually enjoys going to the dentist.
We have struggled over the last couple of years to find a dentist my kids were comfortable with and that we as parents trust. I think we finally found the right place! Dr. Carstens was great with my kids and really seemed to have their best interest in mind when discussing their current & future needs. Thank you...we look forward to coming back!!
Both of my children LOVE to go to the dentist because Dr. Brian and his entire staff make the experience very positive! It starts with the kid-friendly waiting room with toys and video games and the friendly, smiling receptionist that greets you. The hygienists are amazing with kids - patient, explain everything in kid terms, don't seem rushed or annoyed, handle tears with care and get the kids laughing. I can't imagine a better pediatric dentist office! Most importantly, Dr. Hohenstein does a fantastic job with my children's teeth. He also makes children feel safe, relaxed and actually excited to get their check-up as well though. One of my daughters counts down the hours until her appointment, and my youngest child actually cries when it's time to leave!
