This was his first dental appointment before 2 years, and was worried how he would be, but went great because doctors were very friendly with him and made him comfortable, and he was happy to get a gift when we completed as well :)
Ava loves coming here! She had a very sore mouth with a new tooth coming in, plus had to have two cavities filled. They were able get us in today after Ava was in pain...she laid at ease with the encouragement from the very happy and knowledgable team. She didn't want to leave! Always professional and excellent with kids. If we could have a Birthday party here, I am sure Ava would think that would be pretty cool! ;)
They made my 20 month old SO comfortable. We will absolutely be going back in six months. To make my son comfortable, the tech let him touch her gloves and play with the tooth mirror. She talked to him with the mask off of her mouth first until he was comfortable then put it up. He got a prize at the end. It was fantastic.
Once again we had an enjoyable visit at the dentist. All 4 of my children enjoy all of the staff. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication.
Dr. Matt and his staff were great with Olivia today. She didn't even know she was getting a root canal due to their experience and professionalism. She didn't complain once and hasn't since. Both Olivia and her brother actually like to visit the dentist. That's why we continue to bring our kids to Smile Station.

There is a reason the reviews are great for Smile Station. My children went to see Dr Carstens at the 168th and Maple location. The staff is absolutely amazing and so sweet. Not like the fake "we don't care really we are just acting nice" sweet.. But genuinely sweet and caring. You can definitely tell they love what they are doing. Honestly we have never, ever had a bad experience here. We have been coming here for almost 9 years now. I came in today and all of my kids were done within 20 minutes. Amazing!!
We drive out of our way to come to Smile Station because of the excellent care provided to our children. The dentists take the time to explain everything to you and they are always on the cutting edge of pediatric dental care. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming and makes the whole experience fun for the kids. They look forward to going to the dentist!
