Ayanna had a great appointment yesterday. Rick Carstens D.D.S. was very welcoming and professional. He gave me honest opinions about cost for recommended treatments and I did not feel pressured at all to make financial decisions. The Administration was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will be happy to bring both of my children to Smiles Station in the future.
I'm so happy my children go to Smile Station. The staff are wonderful and always in a good mood. Dr. Hohenstein is great with kids and very thorough. He does an awesome job with explaining everything so I know exactly whats going on with my kids' teeth.
Great staff! They were truly amazing! Only giving four stars, because I was a bit dissapointed in the lobby. It was a bit more adult than I was anticipating. One train table, and a bunch of Xbox stations. What about a chalkboard? Or stuffed animals with the teeth, so they can practice while waiting? Regardless, we will be back....just wish the lobby was more kid-friendly.
He really enjoyed playing the games in the waiting area. We had gotten there a little early and usually I have to give him my phone to play games on or watch videos so he's not bored, but not this time. It's nice to know they really think of the kids!! He loved getting to choose a prize with the token they gave him too!! They were gentle and wonderful with him! Today was my child's first dental visit and she never once expressed being nervous or scared! She loved her experience and has talked about it all night!! I would recommend Smile Station to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist, they exceeded my expectations!! I attribute my daughter's lack of fear during her first dentist experience totally to the staff and the environment created! We have been going to the smile station for a year and a half now and everything about it is truly amazing. From the moment you call to schedule your appointment until the time you check out everyone is friendly and polite with a smile on their face. Dr. Matt is so enjoyable. My kids love how funny and thoughtful he is. He also does a great job making parents feel comfortable with the experience as well. I highly recommend anyone with a child to go to smile station - you will not be sorry you did!!!!
My two boys can't wait to go back, except for the dental procedures they have to have done, of course
The staff was excellent at interacting with my kids. We were seen right away, everyone was professional, the place was cute, clean and fun! Best dental experience by far!
I wish visits to the dentist were like this when I was young. My children look forward to their appointments. Atmosphere is fun, dental assistants are kind and the dentists are knowledgable and show genuine care. My children have gone here since they were babies. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.
