I cannot say enough good things about the work Smike did for us. He remodelled our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom in the Summer of 2011. He was on site every day which made the process run very smoothly. He finished the job a few days before he promised and did not go over budget- except where we agreed to do additional things that were not part of the original job. Smike is a true professional and a gentleman as well. He gave us a detailed budget for the work he performed, with many options. He chose beautiful paint colors for our rooms, staged our home for selling, and performed much-needed maintenance inside our home and in the garden. The house sold at full asking price within days -- but we had fallen back in love with our home and decided not to sell after all!
