I am a current resident of ******** Apt Homes. Before move in Jenny sold me a dream about this "community" after I got the keys it literally became a nightmare. ROACHES EVERYWHERE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO! There were holes in the ceiling of the pantry/laundry room where roaches would literally gather everyday. I live at Brookbend Apt.s Managed by SMI, and the property manager could care less if you have an issue or complaint. Be very careful if you plan on moving there, very bad security situation, home invasions and robberies going on there. Vehicles burglarized as well.
