Horrible costumer service. Got a storage unit for a month and was told it would be 35 plus the deposit turned in my keys and got my deposit back and didn't get the full amount for "unpaid" rent. Called to ask about it and the manager admired her employee charged me wrong but wouldn't refund the amount. I was told a certain amount and then charged something else have the receipt and everything still refused to refund me the amount

Hello, Brianna! If you would like your $0.87, you can come up to the office anytime to pick it up, or we could mail it to you, whatever you would like! The problem we were having with the unpaid rent as you stated is that there are only 30 days in April, as opposed to 31 days in May, so there was a small overlap of that $0.87 to take care of that difference in the prorated rent. You had the unit for 23 days of April, which totalled up to $26.83, and for 8 days of May, which totalled up to $9.04. When you add the two together... read more
