We were excited to rent out Willow Hollow however, the previous tenant smoked and it smelt horrible, the carpets absorbed a lot of that as well as black scattered stains all over the dining area. Resident manager Shirley advised to us those stains didn’t come out the last time they “shampooed”. She thought the company should replace them after the previous tenant resided in them. Have been without hot water for 6 days now, left a message on the 3rd day about it, called again today and they said all they can do is give my apartment manager a call about it. And they can’t give out my own apartment managers number.... some system. Just wow!

I did call the owner personally right after I got off the phone with you and he said he was sending a company over ASAP. I’m very sorry you have not had a good experience with us. Please call in anything as soon as possible so it dosent end up bothering and disappointing you further.
RecommendedI love living at the pines! Huge apartment with a washer and dryer in unit plus a garage and all you pay is electric! Every time I go into SMC I’m always greeted with a smile and feel like they actually want to help me! I recommend SMC to everyone looking for an apartment
Highly recommend! We live at the Pines! Huge units, pet friendly (& people actually clean up their pets poop), your own washer and dryer, garages, and great maintenance when needed. The on-site managers are super nice and convenient. SMC is great at working with you. I also loved that when we moved in we didn’t have any issues, they were so clean! It’s hard to find that in Minot without paying a fortune.

The office staff are super helpful and courteous. They also went out of their way to accommodate a request for me get measurements for an apartment before signing and snow storm coming in. Apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved in. A couple of minor maintenance issues have cropped up since initially signing and they have been rectified immediately which is fantastic.
