I receive two shorty packs puffed out of the box, I already contact SMC and they say that it is because of hot and humid wheater or long transit time, ( I don't think so) they also mentioned that If the cells are in balance and charge properly then I can safely run the packs and they believe they will not expand anymore. ....... so it was like: thanks for your purchase enjoy your puffy batteries 😥
