RecommendedAbsolutely amazing customer service and great packs. We run then in all our all 1/8 and 1/10 scale off-road vehicles and are super pleased with them I absolutely suggest giving SMC packs a try.
Imagine you get good service what do you do? I lik eto leave good reviews. This review is not for the performance of the batteries (because I have not used them yet) but rather the performance of the customer service. I ordered a pair of batteries and one of them gave me a cell error. I contacted SMC via email to get help with this situation. Danny responded right away and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I appreciate the quick response and willingness to help me solve this issue.
SMC Batteries are the best hands down...
great if you enjoy puff packs after about 20 runs or so, i spent nearly 600$ on this junk and now its all soaking in a salt water bucket because there's multiple dead cells with each battery. NEVER BUY THIS JUNK AGAIN

I’m sorry but I bought 3 of these a year ago and they are all puffed and have crappy cells that fall off under load . Same with the 2 friends of mine I talked into buying these . Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Yes always balance changed and I know mine we’re always stored . All were purchased around same time . I have older battery’s from a Chinese supplier who I won’t name at this time that are out lasting these high performance battery’s .
Unfortunately I have heard nothing but great things about smc but this happened to me literally the 4th time I used them now I’m alittle I worried
