Excellent customer service and superior products!
Can't beat the value of knowledgeable info that SMC offers. Have ran many of their packs from present to back in the Nicad days. A-one customer service!
Smc batteries are top notch, low IRs and great punch. I run them in rc drag racing and am very happy with the performance. Customer support is great along with fast shipping.
I was wondering why when contacting this company via, email, Facebook and phone call there is no response. Not very professional to take someone's money not have the product for over 2 months and than can't reply on top of it when the customer inquires about the product.
The entire pool of drivers at my track of choice all run SCM batteries and nothing else. SMC is the only battery I will ever recommend. It is leading the industry in performance to price ratio in my opinion.The customer service is well beyond expectations, none better!
