Walked in, showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, he wanted to shampoo and condition my hair and I refused as I preferred dry cuts. The guy roughly combined my hair as he was cutting it, did not even look at the picture to refer by not once, and just cut random layers in my hair. I got home to find all of my hair uneven.
