I got the worst hair cut in my life at this place yesterday, I will be in there today to talk to the manager and get my money back... I also have to go and try to get it fixed by someone else today with out going any shorter... I grew my hair out for years to keep it long and went in for a trimming and now have hair to my shoulders and big chunks taken out... it looks like a 2 year old cut it...I am so upset!!!
Lady told me it would really help to bring my daughter back n a few weeks for a $3 deep conditioning so i did. We ask for a deep condition and i went back n repeated she just wanted a conditioning. My bill for a $3 conditioning was $24.91 when i ask why i was told they ask my daughter if she wanted her hair dried n she said yes. Nobody ask the adult or explained the cost to either of us

I just loved Mikela! She listened to everything I had to say even made suggestion to make my hair cut turn out better. I will be making all my appointments with her from now on

At places like this I used to just let whoever was working cut my hair and everytime it was always different. Some were good and some were bad. So, when I found one that constantly did a good job I stuck with her. I usually call and see if Tabitha is working the next day, and if she is I go in or I wait till she comes back to work. And now I talk while I get my hair cut because I have gotten to know her and my experience there is always great now. $15.50 for the woman to cut 2 inches off my hair.. never washed it or anything. Waisted my time there. It doesnt even look like it was cut!
