These people are so rude and act like you are an inconvience. The so called stylist obviously didn't listen to my instructions for my sons hair. So when I told her it wasn't short enough on top she then pretty much shaved it all off. Leaving nothing but thick bangs. I had to walk out before I lost my cool. The hours of operation make it easy to get a cut on the weekend but it's so not worth the terrible cut you get, not to mention the bad attitudes.
I called and the stylist that answered the phone (Patricia)was very rude. I asked her if Shela was working and her answer was " I haven't a clue ". I am sure they have a schedule she could have looked at to know when she was working...even if there was no schedule she could have handled it with a better attitude
Been going here 2 yrs. Went in for cut and color. Elderly stylist didn't want to do it. She gave me a color chart. I could tell by her attitude that she didn't want to serve me. That would require her to get up and off her phone. She said, "I don't know about doing this." I took off the cape and told her never mind. Her attitude sucked. I spoke to a Wal Mart manager but they aren't over smartstyle. She did go back to smartstyle with me and asked them why wouldn't they serve me and of course the lady and her co-worker denied ... read more
