Super helpful and informative! Really clean unit!!
We did some shopping around for storage facilities in our area and what stood out to us was the in-person experience with both Michele and Amanda. No sales person on the phone in some call center who has never set foot in facility. Michele and Amanda were very patient and thorough on-site. Furthermore they were accommodating and helpful when we had concerns of measurements and the appropriate size that we needed. Thank you Amanda and thank you Michele for taking such good care of Us.
Michelle was very helpful and cleared up any questions that I had during the entire process. She also helped me with information regarding access to the gate and any additional fees that I may incur since I am doing a promotional offer. The storage place was easy to locate and clean!
