Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a complete pro in his field. Not only was he dedicated to righting a repair poorly made by another repair shop (most won't work behind someone else's shoddy work), but he took pity on our situation and really went 700 extra miles to right our wrong. In the end we have security in our working appliance and a new number in our speed dial for future repairs! Prepared, prompt, courteous, organized and a fair price. 100% recommended!
Chris came out the night before the actual repair. He showed up on time the next morning did the repairs on our washer very quickly and thoroughly at a very reasonable price. if the need arises, I will call him out with no hesitation.
