Completely left me hanging. Dishwasher was leaking, Tech showed up late, tried "leveling" the dishwasher to fix the issue.It was already level. The washer continued to leak right away. They said it needed a part and it would be 2 weeks. After waiting 2 weeks they called and said they didn't know how to fix it and would refer me to another appliance repair company. They never did. They took my 75$ service call and never gave any service at all.
My refrigerator quit working. I called three different repair services, no one even returned my call. When I called Smart Tech they answered the phone promptly, asked knowledgeable questions about the problem and scheduled a service call. Chris was very professional and able to fix my refrigerator quickly. Excellent service.
