Chris was very friendly and fixed the problem with my stove. Took extra care to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. The cost was very reasonable.I will call Smart Tech whenever I have any problem with my appliances.
I recommend the excellent service! Chris was very helpful and the washing machine was up and running within 30 minutes. He also took the time to show me what the problem had been and how to fix it in the future. He offered to send the new part, should I need it (the change would only involve two screws and a hose clamp, something I could handle). Very much appreciated the service call!
Once again Chris has come to the rescue. We have needed his assistance multiple times over the years and I will not work with anyone else. He is by far one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with, across the board. Thank Chris, you are awesome.

Chris came all the way to Shingletown to repair our Heartland stove. He installed the necessary part quickly, but the oven still did not work. Chris went above and beyond, without a manual, to trouble-shoot the problem. He took the stove apart, and traced wiring until he figured out the clock had malfunctioned causing the oven to stop working. Chris' attitude was cheerful and he was extremely patient in a very frustrating and baffling situation. We HIGHLY recommend Chris and Smart Tech Appliance Repair!!!
