Worse experience I’ve ever had at the dealership. Traded in my car for 2018 XSE Camry was dissatisfied with the vehicle. Contacted Toyota the next day to get my trade in back. Was denied. Tried to contact upper management was rerouted to sales manager. Now stuck with a big car loan for a car I’m no happy with. Other dealerships that I visited after said they could’ve easily given my car back. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
My dad had his Camry fixed from a transmission problem coming from the torque converter back in May. This week the car started doing the same thing again, he brought it in for service and they wanted him to pay, when it’s doing the same thing again. Eric Brown was the one that was there and he was very rude and unprofessional. My dad told him he has warranty that covers diagnostic fees. Apparently, they use the Incredible Hulk to do their oil changes. As you can see by the photos, I had to obliterate the oil filter to get it off. None of my Snap on filter wrenches would touch it. I had to use two huge channel locks to break it loose. This is totally unacceptable. Lubricate your o-ring, turn till snug, then just a bit more. This is 1st day of class sh*t. Smart Toyota could respond to problems raised by customers. I had a bad experience recently, with regular maintenance. I noted this in a survey that was sent to me and I sent two emails to Smart Toyota. All were ignored. The problem concerned someone going through my glove compartment during servicing.
Very enjoyable staff! They were very friendly and they enjoyed there jobs !
