This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Smart Motors Madison. The experience was pleasurable. I was allowed to test drive any vehicle I wished. When I decided on a vehicle, the sales person returned to us with an offer including my trade in. We reviewed the deal. My wife looked to me to start the haggling. I was speechless. I had an overall good experience so far. I normally work with a small mom & pop dealership I bought from in the past when buying a used car, but they didn't have the car I wanted! I've waited 4 months before going to Smart Toyota. I worked with Wes who was good with me, he was overall good with me. I did get a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE v6 which I can't speak much about right now because I didn't put on that many miles yet but the salesman was nice. I found my used car online. I made an appointment to see it and found it to be fairly represented. The purchase transaction was painless and Shpend, our sales consultant was great. The car is well worth the trip and I drove in from West Michigan to make the deal.
