RecommendedI recently got a car from them. Went in and was just looking. Found a car I fell in love with. They did a massive discount so I could pay the car off in full. They were so nice and amazing to work with. If I plan to get a car way in the future I am going with them.
Go talk to them. They make you feel welcome and will answer all of your questions. They have a great service department also.

Wanted to thanks all the employees who helped me out Friday and Saturday. I can't remember all their names. 2 gentleman Friday night and David Sat. I was driving from northern WI to Maryland. Got to Madison and the car had serious braking problems. They generally diagnosed the issue Friday and they managed to squeeze me in between appointments Sat to repair my car. Just bought a new car recently and the whole experience was great. Al Franklin was very helpful from the test drive to the moment we drove the car home. Both Al & Netanya stayed way after the normal closing time to make sure we could drive the car home when we wanted to. Great service from the parts department as well when they installed the mats and trunk liner for us. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the years to come. 😊

We had a great experience at Smart Motors this weekend. We had originally planned to look at a car at a competitor first with the car at Smart Motors being the backup, but ended up coming here first because they were closer to our house. Upon arrival, we met with Chris Lacrosse and he went over their car with us. Due to his expertise and professionalism coupled with the great deal offered with his car, we didn't go anywhere else! Awesome dealership. The oil change service department has been very slow with long wait times ever since the covid 19 outbreak not sure what the issue is maybe not using all the service bays because of social distancing but service is still great just slow!

Refused the sale of a truck to myself only due to being deployed. When I have legal representation with a certified check from a credit union. Nothing says welcome home from Afghanistan like being stripped the right to purchase a vehicle.
