This is an affordable and secure location to park trailers, rvs, boats, etc. It is easy to access, unassuming location. Spots are well marked. This is a dirt lot- not paved, but pretty level. I paid for our space online and was able to drop our trailer same day. When we moved out early and did not give the 30 day notice, the were easy to work with and did not charge me for an extra month(like was written in the lease agreement). No problem with security. Convenient to naval air station and the coast. Excellent communication via text and email.

During the time we rented this place, our Brand new Boat, was always safe and intact. For 1 year, no problems good cameras surveillance. Thank you so much Blessings to you all !!🙏
