I follow Smart City Apartments on Instagram and always loved the apartments being posted, then my lease was coming up for my roommate and I, I could never seem to find an apartment I was happy with in the price range I wanted. Then the other day I saw a post on their Instagram, it was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! Chris helped us and I now have the peace of mind and happiness of being able to move into the apartment I've been looking for!

Kate helped me finding my new apartment and finding out floor plans that I was even not able to find out after hours of researching on google maps and respective apartment community websites. She is so easy to talk to, I felt as if I was talking to a friend. She was also so patient throughout the search, as I can be sometimes picky about floor plans and location and such! Katelyn was amazing and I really enjoyed using the service. Our needs changed a bit through the process and she was able to meet the challenge each time. In the end, we were able to find a great place that was both in our price range and in a good neighborhood. I would 100% recommend the service for anyone looking for an apartment in the area. Both Dallas locals and out of town transplants will benefit from the excellent service.
We worked with Trey and he found us a great unit on a property we love that came in under budget, with more square footage than we thought we could get AND an attached garage. We will absolutely work with them again should we need to move apartments.
