Very impressed with the service my roommate and I received. Ann from Smart City (Dallas) was the biggest help from the start to finish of the process. We had a hiccup with the property we were trying to rent at and Ann as our advocate was quick to call and resolve the issue. We ended up with a unit that had not even hit the market.She was always available to answer questions that we had. I would 100% recommend her.

Within an hour of sending an email, I received a message from one of the realtors, Ann, who went above and beyond to help me find apartments that fit all of my needs. She helped me step by step, from finding apartments, to setting up tours, and making sure all my questions were answered. Extremely fast and easy. It was an awesome experience!
