I cannot stress how life changing Smart City has been. Christina E, specifically made finding an apartment almost too easy. In just ONE day she found me the apartment of my dreams for the most affordable price. We chatted at 8am and went over all my must haves, preferences, etc and by 5pm my lease was signed. She was an absolute godsend and I can’t thank her enough. Highly highly recommend.
Y'all, Smart City has taken care of me for years now. Every time I need to move, they are right there, able to help me find a place to live that's in my budget, in the right location, and meets all my needs, and it's done literally in days! Smart City Locating made the process of finding an apartment in Dallas so incredibly easy. Weldon Lawrence was AMAZING. He answered all my questions, made himself available nonstop and worked so hard to ensure I found an apartment I was thrilled with. Overall I had a phenomenal experience!
I've now been in my apartment a month, and I cannot recommend Smart City or my agent, Alex, enough! The process was quick, stress-free, and so easy! Alex went above and beyond and even took my too-long list of questions to each apartment complex he toured/filmed for me (long-distance move + no time to visit in person) and got answers. I love my apartment, my neighborhood, and my experience. My next move, I'm definitely ringing them up again!
Jared helped me this past month looking for a one bedroom. He provided great tool to review my options and worked on my behalf with the leasing agents at all my options to get videos and discounts to avoid paying admin or applications fees when I was ready to lease. Couldn’t thank him enough for his patience and follow-up.
