Very helpful, very detailed in their work. You can always count on Smart Choice to get the work done properly the 1st time.
My recent service call from Smart Choice was good. David is a star, for sure, and never disappoints. However, there is always a problem with communication within the company and with the customer, as there was this time. But David was exemplary. The best things about Smart Choice Heating and Cooling are John and David. They are both perceptive, forthcoming, knowledgeable, agreeable. It's pretty annoying to have to join YP in order to leave a review.
Have been using Smart Choice for the last 11 years and have been totally satisfied. They have maintained our HVAC equipment through their yearly service program without issues or problems.
