I was very impressed with your tech. It is rare when the tech actually listens to the customer.
We have used them twice (two different locations in Vancouver) and they provided exemplary service both times. Prices are reasonable and we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of. That’s saying something when dealing with service providers.
I can't say enough good things about this company. My husband had called another heating and cooling company who initially installed our HVAC system to come out to check a problem he had noticed with our system and to do annual maintenance. Their diagnosis was that the HVAC coil condenser needed to be replaced (about $3,200). I then called Smart Choice to come out for a second opinion. We called first thing in the morning and secured an appointment for the next day--they contacted us within 2 hours, saying they had an cancellation and came right over! The tech was terrific--he was fast, thorough and explained everything he worked on, as well as made some future recommendations for us. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a a great HVAC company!
Smart Choice was very easy to get a hold of and was on time for their visit. Would go with them again in a heartbeat!!!
We had a great experience using Smart Choice Heating and Cooling when our heat pump stopped working. The person who answered our call in the office was very courteous and helpful and we were able to schedule a technician to come to our home within a day. The service technician, Nick, who came to our house was professional, very nice, and got the job done very efficiently. We were pleased with the quick, thorough service we received and would definitely recommend Smart Choice to our friends and neighbors.
Always on time and a fair price. Quoted one amount, but found not as much work was necessary and the difference was refunded. Recommend.
Brandon was great at explaining things to me and teaching me about my furnace. He let me watch on while he worked. Also, he was on time.
They have always been very professional every time we have had them out. Have recommended them several times.
