Very easy to work with. Great office staff make arrangements. I called during the heat of summer and they kept working with me to get an appointment as soon as possible.

Smart Choice was the best choice for a problem with our HVAC system. The technician's were prompt, & performed a detailed diagnostics that identified the problem. Our system was repaired at a fair price & we are happy with our service. We will continue to use Smart Choice for our HVAC needs.

Very nice people. Upfront and honest, no hidden or surprise cost. They took pictures of what the problem was and a explained it to me. They then had to call me and let me know there was a manufacturer problem with shipping. They offered to bring over space heaters to keep us warm. They are a great company with very nice, knowledgeable people working there. I will be using them from now on for all my heating/cooling issues. Thank you again Smart Choice Heating and Cooling
