Brought actually two cars from Helen and never had any problems with my vehicles my last purchase was a truck and all I got to say that baby rides good of course you going to have problems with a used car key word used but if you keep up with the up keep on your vehicle it will be good cause my baby rides smooth and love to hear that vortex engine Thanks Helen!!!!
My daughter bought a car there and tried to return it in the end instead of having my daughter bring the car back they had their tow truck tow it and kept her 400.00 down payment. At the same time they were trying to commit fraud to the finance companies so she could get the car. But it still was getting it hard to pass. Not recommending this place at all
these cars are no good my sons 2014 engine went out. with in a month they are definitely lemons.....
Bought my car there Nov 3. Staff was very friendly and helpful HOWEVER took over a month to get the car registered and plates after numerous emails/texts so was late getting a Chicago city sticker because it needs to be within 30 days of purchasing the vehicle and what should've been a $60 city sticker with late fee and penalty cost me $125.
This place is owned by a shyster! They tell people one thing & then it's something else. They say they get cash trade in when someone brings a car to trade in. I don't know who regulates these Car lots but I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. They should rename this place Dumb Buy Auto Finance because you are dumb if you ever buy anything from here.
