bumber to bumber warranty?? haha thats a joke. actually a lie!! 100 point inspection also a lie!
Watch their warranty. We had to have transmission replaced and they rewrote the contract to cover the transmission. Our credit report said 0 balance on the vehicle. But they said we owed and reoped the vehicle..very crooked company. Stay away!
Had my car for a bit over a year , already have had to put over 2400.00 in repairs... for stuff that should have been fixed before selling the car. Yes maybe my credit wasn’t up to par but there are circumstances in life that cause that sometimes but we shouldn’t be screwed over. I do not recommend this place at all now and shame on you for taking advantage of people.
You called me and told me to tell the truth about my buying experience. Yes you offered me my 500 back two times but knew I can’t because I needed a car . We brought this car back two times to have the idle fixed but your great service men can’t seem to find the problems. Then you offered to switch it out oh wow I’m amazed that you were ok in trying to put us in something that had cigarette burns and sounded awful. Here’s my story. 3 years ago I bought a 2008 Kia from smart auto. My credit wasn’t great and I needed a car to get to work. In always made my payments. Paid them every 2 weeks for the last 3 years. Then back in July the car got totaled. My insurance paid them everything but 998.58. They sent me a letter last week about the amount I still owe and then before I could call them they report to my credit a charge off making my score drop 72 points and my wife’s 64 points.
