One of the rudest guy I ever met at customer service desk . Ignoring to give my package for literally no reason when ask said ask ups I was cheerful I said and that’s what you get being nice . This guy is very unpleasant to deal with. He is very sarcastic and unhelpful. If there is only a shop that is as close this shop, I would not bother going here! But I think from now on, I'd rather walk 30 min. rather than having a bad day talking to this guy.
Very poor service when sending packages. I sent a package through them it was not delivered. Apparently they use a third service. Getting compensation for the lost package was a nightmare. It took sending Demand Letter with notice that I intend to take them to small claims court and that they would have to pay my lawyer’s fee before he started to take me seriously.
