Big Al Smalley founder and owner back when I started there in 1980 was more than a boss, he was a friend to all and cared about the people working for him and he wanted for those people to have a good life as well as himself. I'm happy to see that the name and the company is still going after Al's passing and that a good group of people are making sure that Smalley Manufacturing is at the top in the world of conveyors and such.
