RecommendedThey are wonderful in many ways. But their communication is truly unique. A call just before they arrive, quick response to email every time, and even an answered email on weekends! We've been doing business for 6 years and they are always willing to listen to my 'non-technical' descriptions of a problem and answer my concerns in a way I can understand. Dylan and his team are the real deal!
We are new homeowners and decided to attempt to install our new Nest Thermostat on a “snow day.” Bad idea. We ended up without heat as the sun was going down and the ice was still coming from the sky. Small Solutions showed up within 30 minutes and got our heat back on in less than an hours time from my initial call. I will be recommending and using them for all of my future HVAC needs.

If you have any air conditioning issues, I highly recommend the services of SMALL SOLUTIONS!! My old, broken down A/C unit was removed, and a new, very reasonably priced unit was installed in less than four hours. The technicians, Brandon and Corey were knowledgeable and answered every question I had about the new unit. The installation is top-notch and the new system works great! The guys at small solutions have been out to the house several times when we had issues with our old AC/heat pump. When it came time to get a new unit Small Solutions stepped up and assisted us every step of the way, and when it came time to do the install everyone was very professional and explained everything that was happening and why. I can't say enough good things about Dylan and his team. Small Solutions has diagnosed and solved problems in my 250 year old farmhouse when others simply wanted to charge me by the hour and nothing ever seemed resolved. They show up (on the weekends if necessary) and understand my aging franken-boiler better than anyone ever has. And they teach ME more about it every time so I can better manage my home. When your heat won’t turn on and it’s below zero these are the guys to call. I expected to wait at least a week before a tech could come out. They were at the house the very next day. The tech had to rewire the mess that the previous HVAC company (GSSN) created. He quickly got the heat working. This is the company to get the job done the first time. They work with your crazy schedule. They’ll be prompt, courteous and explain the problem. Plus, they are the most fair and reasonable company you’ll find in the area.
