I can't say enough about Small Solutions. Dylan, his guys and Jess in the office are top notch. They understand the convoluted heating system that we inherited and always provide great service at a fair price. We use them for our business and our home.
Great service! The office called to work on an appointment schedule with me then followed up when the technician was on his way with an ETA. The technician was top notch.
Great service and good price. The owner (Dylan) came out and fixed our problem in under a half hour. Was here in less than 20 minutes and I could not have been happier with the customer service.
We called them at 9:30 on a Sunday night after our A/C unit wasn't working for the entire day. It was 80 degrees and we were very uncomfortable and needed it fixed. We called the after hours on-call employee. We spoke to a man named Dylan immediately and he was at out home within 30 minutes. He went straight to the unit and with less than 10 minutes the cool air was flowing!! Not only was the problem fixed but he was very professional and nice. We won't be going anywhere else for our HVAC needs!
Had an issue with my unit on a Saturday and were here within 30 minutes. Professional and great service for a good price. I plan to use this company to setup yearly inspections.
