Look no further! After we called the company that had installed our units 8 years ago mid day Thursday and it was Friday afternoon and our upstairs was unlivable at 90+ degrees and they said they had no idea when they could get someone out we called Small Solutions at just before 4 pm on Friday. We went up for bedtime with 2 babies under 2 at 8:30 last night to the thermostat reading 82 degrees. 😬 We called and they arrived in 30 minutes, figured out the problem, fixed it and didn’t even charge us an arm and a leg despite it being so late. So thankful for their amazing customer service!
Our AC unit stopped working over Memorial Day Weekend right before we were to have about 10 people in our home painting. Needless to say that would have been miserable to do without AC! But a quick call to Small Solutions saved the day. I spoke with Jeffery and he was so respectful and kind and wasted no time in getting to our house that very same evening. Wonderful customer service! I called at 7am in the busy summer season and they had a tech to my house and the AC fixed by 8:30am!
Our tech, Tyler, was very professional and thorough. He explained what was going on in a way that I understood. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing hvac work.

Wonderful service...from calling to make an appointment until Levi walked out my front door. He was able to repair my older electric furnace. I’m feeling very blessed that I chose this company.
Called due to heat not working, had a repairman out quickly to fix the issue. Needed furnace replaced, they provided a great quote, and completed the install in a timely manner, with very professional staff. Would HIGHLY recommend!
