how about not charging $144.75 for a $18 lawnmower belt. Especially after you told my mother there would be no charge to look at the mower. But I guess once you found the problem you decided that was a service you could charge for and then want to add on another $25 for labor. You all are ridiculous and believe me when I say I will let EVERYONE I know know how you do business..but hey i guess since it was an elderly lady trusting you why not take advantage of her...you guys are soooooooo kind to do that!
