To Joe & Steve in your Service Department...BIG Kudos!!! My brother bought a 2008 Honda from you all in 2010. Last year I bought it from him...recently I had to change the battery, which caused the radio, etc. to need to be reset. Of course we didn't have the original codes and after a "Goggle" search I was afraid this was going to be waaayyy more trouble than it was worth. My brother made a couple of phone calls to Joe and Steve and they gave him the info he needed...problem solved. Now that's SERVICE...thanks so much.

Just got a great new vehicle from the smail team! Mike Arndt and Jeff Smail Jr did an amazing job in making us happy and helping us find what we needed! Basing off my used auto purchase I would never buy a used car from them again, I have had nothing but issue after issue...I would buy a used car from "Bobs Discount Auto Lot" before buying from Smail.
