I bought a new car on November 22, my paper work was not completed with Honda in time so my first payment was late. They told me they took care of it so I then paid them with my debit card. Bought a 2014 Ford Focus from them a year ago. Been taking it in for oil changes. Well today they tried to talk me into getting new tires, stating, "Our prices are very competitive." They wanted almost $600 for tires. Kevin Hunter Automotive will charge $69 a tire and are actually honest and efficient. Do not go to these dealerships for service to your vehicle! My daughter just bought a used car from smail auto , sales person was Mike Arndt. He was great was not pushy very patient and made the whole process easy. He even went above and beyond helping my daughter make the best choice in what was best for her to do with her old car. Nothing but good to say about the whole process! I have never had a worst experience with a dealership , then I had with this one. We purchased a 2015 Saleen Mustang from them in June. Started calling them in August because we never received our registration card and sticker. We were told not to worry since or temp didn't run out till October. Well guess what , we still do not have a registration. My car is now illegal. They never submitted the paper work to the state citing titling problems. I just bought a 2011 CR-V and I'm in love with it. Kim Johnson was amazing in showing us the cars and the information she knew about them. She was very helpful and got me into the car with the price range and everything I wanted included. Everyone was nice and there cars were great! I didn't just feel like another customer buying a car they need to sell. We didn't feel pressured at all and it was such a great experience. Thank you so much!
