I wrote a review about my experience with smail. I received a comment back, with a number to call. Well, I called. I was told they don't forget about their customers. So I was told they would help if I took down my review. I took it down. Still, no help with my 2011 traverse. But today I had a phone call from the finance company. That mistake you made on your paperwork that you were gonna fix. You didn't. Your sales man refused to give my keys back, and your finance messing up paperwork.
