Gabe at the Acura Service center did a great job getting my spin balance and alignment taken care of quickly. They washed and cleaned the car too.

I recently just purchased an RDX and Joseph and Daniel were the biggest help. The process was not stressful AT ALL and they treat you so well there. I definitely recommend going there and 100% will be back!
Inspection and other service items Prompt & courteous, as always. Had annual inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and coolant issue checked and corrected. Car was ready when promised, clean, and ready to go.
No pressure, great inventory, knowledgeable sales staff. My wife and I first visited Smail Acura on a whim last November. Dan Medley was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After driving an MDX and evaluating the monthly payments, we decided that it wasn't the right time for us to buy a new vehicle... no one from Smail pressured us, which we greatly appreciated. 11/27/2019 My communications with Brent were very accurate about time my car would be picked up at my home that morning as well as returning my RDX to me and reviewing all that would be done as well as what had been done. Vic was super courteous! Alex was also very good at communications. Truly "White Glove" treatment both times I have had the car in for service at Smail. I love my RDX !
