We were assisted immediately after walking in. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Scott helped us and we're satisfied with our purchase and the level of attention and care we were given.

Very disappointed in the way the vehicle the brand new vehicle was (not) detailed. The windows were terrible inside and out. And the wheels were filthy, not understanding why the whales were so bad, including inside of the whales around the brake rotors inside. I was surprised it took so long to sign all the paperwork and close the deal. And I thought your manager was not very interested in my trade with his highest offer being $16,250 and I was able to sell the car in less than 22 hours for 19,750.

Elite has serviced my 2013 rdx for years. Came time for a new suv, looked at many brands/ dealerships. Elite was the best & the RDX was the best suv for me.
