Too lazy to send out a bill, sends you to collections. Nice.
Beautiful and peaceful hospital.
It took the pediatric department 6 weeks to send a referra. I check in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and turn it in to a lady at the front waiting for 10 minutes then an other lady asked for my paperwork I told her I already turned it in... No team communication? . Needless to say I was seen almost 30 minutes after my appointment time going 20 minutes earlier did no Good..
How come it took 35 min to get a school excuse form, admissions desk put me thru 2 other desk people before the 3rd got ahold of lab department and then after 15+ min lab person finally brought up form,I understand " busy" maybe "short staffed" but paperwork that now days is click click on computer and zoom thru printer and done, how come desk people usually look at you like we are a bother? Even when WE are polite and kind? Why is snarky and almost like purposely slow....OK? Why does people on other side of desk, deserve th... read more
Insensitive, careless and unprofessional. Given wrong information by a “Daisy” award winner. Just to have our lives crushed with a simple “mistake” no apology. Better yet we were told that they had done nothing wrong.
