Took my daughter here for her one month old appointment and I was sent away because my insurance didn’t go through yet.. thank god my baby is healthy but I feel bad for anyone else here who can’t even get their kids seen… Do Better guys
It's ridiculous to sit in the ER for 4 hours, not busy and still not receive any treatment. My husband had to leave and go to Rio grande hospital to get treatment. If this hospital doesn't want to treat ppl at least have the respect to tell them , then to let them sit there for 4 hours and lead them on like you're going to do something!! This is why most of the SLV go out of town for treatment. Thankfully we have a second option in Del Norte!!
A hospital at least a decade behind the times. Most doctors don’t want to practice in Alamosa because there is nothing there. The quality of skilled employees at SLV Health it terrible. Very little experience at this hospital. When the hiring manager tells an experienced nurse applying that the valley usually doesn’t see nurses with that much experience, is scary. Much safer going to grand junction, Pueblo or Durango for treatment or procedures.
No body knows where the patient is what floor they are at nurses and front desk just transfer my calls to every floor except the right one.
