Absolutely horrible customer service!!! There is nothing upscale about this place. Reseption staff needs training on how to talk to hotel guests. Hotel charges for everything, even beach chairs!!! I've never experienced anything like this before. Will never stay here again.
Honestly, we were not very happy with the room. We booked an ocean view and the first thing we saw when we walked in was 4 large AC cooling units. The rooms are VERY small, room service portions are children portions. I wouldn't stay there again.
Amazing night life much better than in Delano . Stuff is very friendly and accommodating. Little pricy but what do you aspect on a Art Basel week?
We had amazing time with girls ! Cool music, good service and lot of fun👯 We ll be back💋
