Loved this hotel. Before our arrival we were contacted by Catherine Wallace who made our stay even more pleasant. Food at Tres was awesome and hanging out at the rooftop pool with Peter made our day. Thank you we will back!

While I was having lunch at the Tres Restaurant in the SLS Beverly Hills Hotel I had an incident. As I was finishing my salad I came across a disgusting surprise in it. A DRAGONFLY. A big, dead and slimy dragonlfy. The staff at the restaurant did not take any responsabilty for it. The next day I returned home and suffered a serious case of food poisoning. This should not happen at a "Luxury" Hotel. I really hope this does not happen to anybody else. Such a horrible experience.

The staff are all very warm and welcoming. The rooms are quiet nice but the lighting in the bathroom was terrible especially for doing hair and make up. Was also woken up late into the night by loud music playing from somewhere in the hotel. I think the hotel is over priced for what it is!
