Love the place!! BUT it sucked yesterday, extremely poor service, cod sandwich was terrible!! 1st time it was ever bad, the help blamed a party going on!!!
When we checked in, we were told how long the wait would be and that the kitchen was on a slight delay due to a large influx of large parties. Honesty, how amazingly refreshing! We decided to wait the 30 minutes because you can sit in a Tiki bar! We saw the staff literally running; drinks, food, garbage...everyone was on maximum hustle. Our table was ready in 15min, and the staff still felt bad that we had to wait. They were still hustling BTW. We were vacationing at Presque Isle and wanted a place to eat with a water view. We had good food, good service and good fun.
Food was horrible. Tasteless. The runner didn’t even know what dish he was delivering to our table. Perch? Walleye? No, I didn’t complain. The server never checked on us. I know you’re catering to tourists, but people who live in Erie eat out, too. I won’t go back.
Girls night out! Food was great, but our server Mike gets the 5 Stars! He was the BEST! He was very busy, hustling all over...but still managed to be quite attentive!
The chicken parm dinner is epic !!
